Ben is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of diverse legal, business and entrepreneurial experience. He has extensive global experience helping companies navigate growth while driving sustained value creation. Most recently, Ben was the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Mott Corporation. Prior to joining Mott, Ben served in positions of increasing responsibility in both the legal and HR departments at Rogers Corporation (NYSE: ROG) including Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to his legal and HR career, Ben was a professional bicycle racer, having competed in the US, Eastern Europe and Australia. He also has significant business experience having established both a global sports clothing business and supporting manufacturing facilities in Poland and China.
