Nicholas L. Cain is a policy advocate, researcher, and social impact entrepreneur. Prior to joining SOLARCYCLE as Director of Government Affairs, he worked as a consultant providing analysis and insights to clients including Southern California Edison, the California Energy Commission, and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. His research helped shape the $250-million California Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project and the federal EV tax credit in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
