Ted is a seasoned Silicon Valley lawyer and general counsel. After graduating from Stanford and UC Hastings law school, he started out as a trial lawyer at a large New York law firm and later became an IP litigation partner in the Palo Alto office of one of the largest IP firms in the country, where he worked for 20 years and became the chairman of the firm's litigation group. Ted joined Solaria, a Silicon Valley-based solar energy company in 2016, later becoming the company's general counsel. Ted comes to SOLARCYCLE with a wealth of experience in IP counseling, licensing, patent prosecution and litigation, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
